He was born in Faisalabad, and had the honour of memorising the Quran in his native city. The passion for acquiring Islamic knowledge drove him towards the dars-e-nizami (scholar) course, and he completed dars-e-nizami from the famous institutes of Ahl Al-Sunnah, Jamia Razaviyyah (Faisalabad) and Jamia Nizamiyah Razaviyah (Lahore). He is an illustrious hafiz, melodious reciter of the Quran, globally acclaimed Islamic preacher, translator of the Quran, exegete of the Quran, and the Mufti of Ahl Al-Sunnah
He has also written thousands of fatawa (Islamic edicts) in addition to authoring several books on different topics, such as translation (of the Quran), commentary (of the Quran), fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), seerah (Prophetic biography), tassawuf (mysticism), etc, and his work on further books and fatawa is ongoing. He is an expert in Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Persian and English languages
Graduation and M.A. Part I In 1992-1993, he memorized the complete Holy Quran within a short time of one year and nine months from Faizan-e-Madinah, Faisalabad. In 1994, he took admission in Dars-e-Nizami [Islamic Scholar Course]. He first received his education from ‘Jamiah Radawiyyah’, Faisalabad, then from ‘Jamiah Qadiriyyah’
Faisalabad, and then from ‘Jamiah Nizamiyah Razawiyyah’, Lahore. He completed Dora-e-Hadith from ‘Jamiah Radawiyyah’, Faisalabad. He acquired knowledge under the aegis of Pakistan’s renowned, great and prominent Islamic scholars of these Jamiaat. During education, he mostly remained busy studying the curricular and extracurricular books.

His mother tongue is Punjabi. Besides, he possesses different expertise in four other languages. 1. He has an excellent expertise in speaking, writing, understanding and reading Urdu. 2. He has a great expertise in reading Arabic. 3. He can easily read Persian. 4. He has a good expertise in English. Moreover, he has conducted around 100 programs of Madani Channel in English.
1. During student life, he precisely remained punctual in Salah, and he didn’t miss any of it. He used to plan his travelling in such a way that he would not miss any Salah.
2. He fully focused on his main goal of ‘acquiring education’, and he was never involved in any useless activities.
3. Teachers usually persuade students to study, but the situation with him was quite different as numerous teachers would forbid him to study excessively for health’s sake, thus showing affection towards him.
4. Making necessary preparations for the lessons was a part of his routine. He never attended the class without preparations. He was habitual of studying the text and commentary of the books as well.
5. He would remain busy studying even at night at the time when most of the students were asleep.
6. Even at the time of students’ play-break, he would keep studying instead of playing with them.
7. Noticing his enthusiasm towards education, his teachers would specially show their affection towards him.
He gives special attention to the upbringing of children. Therefore, he provided them with a complete Islamic environment. There is a routine of Na’at, recitation of the Holy Quran, and Zikr even at his home. Moreover, he keeps on giving them advices on good manners.
His way of conversation is extremely logical. He is fond of learning Quran, showing enthusiasm towards knowledge, and studying books. Generosity, encouraging others, importance of time, good behavior towards relatives, and welfare of the general Muslims are a part of his social life. Consoling friends and relatives, sympathizing people, and making charity to the poor are his habits. It’s an integral part of his nature to take utmost care in using the donated items, to refrain from wasting money and to avoid fame and name.
He got married in 2007 in his hometown, Faisalabad.
He received education from the great Islamic scholars of his time, such as Allamah Abdul Qayyum Hazarwi, Sheikh ul Hadees Maulana Ghulam Nabi, Allamah Abdus Sattar Saeedi, Mufti Gul Ahmed Ateeqi, Mufti Nazeer Ahmed Siyalwi, Allamah Siddeeq Hazarwi, and many more.
He taught for about eight years in the different Jamiaat of Dawat-e-Islami.
He started writing Fatwa in Darul Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat, and now he holds the position of Raees of Darul Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat and Nigran of Majlis Tehqiqat-e-Sharia’h (Sharia’h Research Majlis).
Hundreds of students have had the privilege of learning under his aegis, and a lot of students are serving Islam in very important religious aspects. Among his students, Mufti Ali Asghar Madani, Mufti Hashim Khan Madani, Naib (Deputy) Mufti Sajjad Madani, Naib Mufti Hassan Madani, Naib Mufti Naveed Raza Attari, Senior Mutakhassis Maulana Majid Ali Madani, Senior Mutakhassis Maulana Jamil Madani and Senior Mutakhassis Maulana Shafiq Madani are on top of the list.
He has authored numerous books on Beliefs, Translation, Exegesis, Fiqh, Biography and other topics. Some of them have been printed and made public as well, such as.
